An effective succession plan requires the attraction, development and retention of promising young individuals into and with an organisation. Especially for entrants the subject-specific interchange with colleagues from other companies and departments is a really important factor. To this end, the Clyde Bergemann Power Group together with international business coaches has introduced a development initiative for young professionals in the group. The Young Talents Programme is an advanced development programme for the further education of our employees as well as an opportunity to exchange experiences with others - other Young Talents and Clyde Bergemann executives - at an international level.
