Continuing on from Clyde Bergemann India’s successful implementation of boiler cleaning equipment in 11 units of Supercritical Boilers (660 / 700 MW) for L&T-MHPS, L&T-MHPS have recently entrusted Clyde Bergemann India with sootblower package orders for the 3 x 660 MW Ghatampur project. Similarly, following the successful execution of the sootblower package order for 3 x 660 MW Barh-I project, Doosan Power Systems India have reposed their confidence in Clyde Bergemann technology by awarding sootblower package orders for the 2 x 660 MW Jawaharpur and 2 x 660 MW Obra C Projects. As part of the addition of two new high efficiency units to the Tanjung Jati B coal-fired power plant in Central Java, Indonesia, Clyde Bergemann was entrusted with the delivery of the bottom ash handling systems.
After winning several contracts in its home markets, German Clyde Bergemann GmbH now secured its first order for the supply of a dry bottom ash handling system in Japan. DRYCON will be deployed to automatically convey and cool the bottom ash of the new-build 1,070 MW coal-fired power plant Taketoyo 5, situated in the middle eastern part of Japan.
German based Clyde Bergemann GmbH was able to secure maintenance contracts (service and spare parts) for the boiler cleaning equipment of RWE’s power plants Neurath, Gowerk, Fortuna Nord, Berrenrath and Frechen for the next five years. As of April 1st, 21 employees will ensure availability and optimisation of the systems 365 days a year.
