Further to Clyde Bergemann Materials Handling Ltd., Doncaster (UK) receiving the contract for the supply of the new biomass pellet feed system, now Clyde Bergemann GmbH in Germany (CBG) has been awarded the dry bottom ash handling systems for the 3 x 140 MW Lynemouth Power Station.
Clyde Bergemann Materials Handling Ltd., Doncaster (CBD), part of the globally operating Clyde Bergemann Power Group, has agreed a multi-million pound contract for the supply of 12 new biomass pellet feed systems for the Lynemouth Power Station. The systems contribute to the conversion of the formerly coal-fired to a biomass fed plant that will extend the plants life by over 10 years.
Clyde Bergemann Germany continues to advance its position as a global leader in process technology for efficiency improvement in power plants. The company was recently awarded by Doosan Heavy Industries & Construction (Doosan) with an order for the delivery and installation of about 900 boiler efficiency systems and the associated controls technology for two 2000 MW new-built coal-fired power plants in Korea.
