Especially for entrants the subject-specific interchange with colleagues from other companies and departments is a really important factor. To this end, the Clyde Bergemann Power Group together with international business coaches has introduced a development intiative for young professionals in the group. The Young Talents Program is an advanced development program for the further education of our employees as well as an opportunity to exchange experiences with others - other Young Talents and Clyde Bergemann executives - at an international level.
