Clyde Bergemann Power Group Americas Inc.

The Boiler Efficiency Product Division headquarters and main manufacturing facilities are located in Atlanta, GA with 130 employees.  The US operation of Clyde Bergemann, was established in 1988 as Bergemann USA, Inc. by Bergemann GmbH, a subsidiary of Deutsche Babcock (later Babcock Power), both German-based. Bergemann GmbH - a specialist in cleaning systems for boilers - had been in the boiler cleaning business for several decades.  In 1997 Clyde Bergemann Inc. acquired Copes-Vulcan, Inc.'s sootblower product line, a business whose roots date back to 1903 and whose equipment is installed in most of the North American power plants.
