Clyde Bergemann Huatong Materials Handling Co.,Ltd (CBH) was founded in 1998 and is a joint venture company owned by Diangu investment Co.,Ltd( Beijing) and Clyde Bergemann China Holding Company Ltd. The Chinese party holds 40% and Clyde Bergemann China Holds 60% of the shares.

in 1999 there were only 9 people who operated the company and could resort to just a few projects. Order intake and turnover developed ver well in the following years so that the number of employees increased to 109 by August 2004. The tottal number of projects is now 118, order intake is in the range of RMB 585 million and turnover increased to RMB 284 milion(including spare parts).

About mid-2004 CBH moved to a new and larger office and the employees enjoy the new represntative rooms showns on the next pages. CBH is offering the whole supply range of fly-ash handling systems and now has established itself as market leader in the rapidly growing Chinese markets.
